I was impressed with the technicians ability to assess the problem and fix it in a timely fashion. The owner went out of his way to look up a part on E- Bay that saved me $1,200.00 from what the dealer was going to charge me. This was my first visit to Soundcrafters Inc. and these guys exceeded my expectations!
